Privacy policy

01Information we collect

Name, mobile number, delivery address, GSTIN (if provided), order history, uploaded prescriptions and payment confirmation references. We do not store card numbers; payments are processed by PhonePe and our payment gateway.

02How we use it

To process and deliver orders, verify prescriptions, issue GST invoices, send order updates by SMS and WhatsApp, and provide customer support.

03Prescriptions and health data

Prescription images are stored securely, viewed only by our veterinary verification team, and retained for the period required under applicable drug regulations.

04Sharing

Delivery partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post) receive your name, address and phone number to complete delivery. We do not sell personal data.

05Your rights

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your data by writing to care@vetario.in.
