Shipping & returns

01Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day. Rx orders dispatch after verification, usually within 2 hours of upload.
02Delivery time and charges
Metro cities 2–3 working days; rest of India 3–6 working days. Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,000; ₹80 below that. Cash on delivery carries a ₹40 handling charge.
03Cold-chain items
Temperature-sensitive vials ship with gel ice in insulated packaging and only to serviceable PIN codes.
04Returns and replacement
Damaged, leaking, expired or incorrect items are replaced free within 7 days of delivery. Send photos to care@vetario.in or WhatsApp. Opened medicines cannot be returned for change of mind.
05Non-delivery
If a parcel is returned undelivered, we will contact you to reschedule or issue a refund less shipping.
