Refund policy

01Eligible cases
Cancelled orders before dispatch, Rx orders cancelled for failed verification, out-of-stock items and approved return claims.
02Timeline
Refunds are initiated within 2 working days of approval. PhonePe and UPI refunds reflect within 3–5 working days; card refunds within 7–10 working days. COD refunds are made by bank transfer.
03Partial refunds
Where part of an order is cancelled, the corresponding item value and GST are refunded; shipping is refunded only if the full order is cancelled.
04Coupons
Discount value is proportionally adjusted on partial refunds. Coupons are not reissued.
